Terms & Conditions:
- We accept returns only within 3 days of receipt of your shipment
- Returns/ Exchange accepted only in case of damaged or defective items
- In the original condition. Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging. Sarees should be in original folding.
- No cash refunds. A refund will be issued in the form of a Gift card which can be used at www.sumasilks.com for a period of 1 year from the date of the issue. Rs. 100 will be deducted for delivery fees.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- In case of any defect, If we mutually agree for a return. Please make sure the return is made within 48 hours. Tracking should be produced as proof of return.
- For any returns, your complaints should be registered within 3 days after receiving your parcels. Late complaints will not be acceptable.
- Please make sure not to accept the parcel, if found in a damaged state.
- Return & replacement policy is acceptable only for damaged product or wrong product dispatched not for color change or quality as we always provide the best quality and original product. For exchange, you have to bare one-way shipping.
- Colors may vary slightly due to resolution/flash/reflection hence return is strictly not acceptable for a color change
- Please note in the case of Handloom sarees, Thread pulls and Missing threads are not considered as damages, As they are not power loom they are treated as part of the weaving process
Color Disclaimer
- Shades displayed across the range of fabric may slightly vary from the actual color. This may happen due to multiple settings in your monitor or viewing device (Laptop/Mobile/Tab), or the impact of digital photo shoots. We request you to consider these minor color variations.
- Unwrapping video must
- Please make an unwrapping video while parcel opening without pause & cut. You should start recording from opening the outer layer until you see the product and check if it’s safe and free from any damage. Make a single video from Start to End
- Exchange related issues will not be entertained without unwrapping video. In case of item damage or item missing or wrong item received.
- You can exchange damaged piece only with a clear full unboxing video (a clear video from opening the parcel till the end)
- Without video please don’t come to me for any issues. We can’t help resolve without the video proof.
- Do not use scissors or any other sharp objects to open the parcel
